Rapper Kendrick Lamar stirred controversy when he rapped about being the "king of New York" and threw other accusations in Big Sean's new song Control.

Lamar threw other rappers under the bus and claimed he is the "King of the [East] Coast," though the rapper is originally from Compton, Calif. He has yet to respond to the controversy - which got a reaction out of many other rappers - and Enstars takes a closer look at his Control lyrics to see what else Lamar is suggesting.

"Miscellaneous minds are never explainin' their minds/ Devilish grin for my alias aliens to respond/ Peddlin' sin, thinkin' maybe when you get old you realize/ I'm not gonna fold or demise, " Lamar begain his verse by rapping.

The 26-year-old then addressing drug addiction, saying if one has a relapse "just relex and pop in my disc" and that he does not buy drugs, but rather hands them out.

The first artist Lamar made mention of his "Flex," also known as American hip-hop DJ Funkmaster Flex. He told the emcee to "drop a bomb on this s--t, "So many bombs, make Farrakhan think that Saddam in this b--ch," referring to the leader of the mainly African-American religious movement the Nation of Islam. Lamar then talked about his greatness, saying the following:

"I'm important like the Pope, I'm a Muslim on pork/I'm Makaveli's offspring/ I'm the king of New York'King of the Coast, one hand, I juggle them both."

"If Phil Jackson came back, still no coachin' me/ I'm uncoachable, I'm unsociable," he rapped, talking about the American retired professional basketball coach.

"My big homie Kurupt/ This the same flow that put the rap game on a crutch," he sang. "Mollies'll prolly turn these niggas to fucking Lindsay Lohan.../Judgement to the monarchy, blessings to Paul McCartney/ You called me a black Beatle, I'm either that or a [Bob] Marley."

Lamar claimed he is Sean Connery and said he is "James Bonding with none of you ni--as." The most controversial part of his verse follows, in which he singles out who he thinks "the best MCs" are - putting himself first.

"Kendrick, Jigga and NAnnotateas/ Eminem, Andre 3000, the rest of y'all/ New ni--as just new ni--as, don't get involved," he rapped. "This is hip-hop and them ni--as should know what time it Annotateis/ And that goes for Jermaine Cole, Big KRIT, Wale/ Pusha T, Meek Millz, A$AP Rocky, Drake/
Big Sean, Jay Electron', Tyler, Mac Miller."

Lamar told the respective rappers he mentioned in his lyrics that he is trying to surpass them in the music industry - trying to take away their fans and kill them, the latter bit though only figuratively.

"I got love for you all but I'm tryna murder you ni--as/ Tryna make sure your core fans never heard of you ni--as/ They dont wanna hear not one more noun or verb from you ni--as."

The last mention Lamar made is of Tupac Shakur, saying, "Bumpin Pac in the cockpit so the s--t that pops in his head."
