According to the 'Atlanta Black Star,' Mowry has taken the last few years to dedicate herself to a new way of life. She took to social media to announce that she was in her "H.O.E." phase.

In a short video, Mowry, 45, is seen mouthing the words, "I'm not ashamed to say it. I'm in my H.O.E. phase right now." This statement initially left many of her followers stunned. However, before anyone could draw conclusions, the audio clarified the acronym meant "Happiness Over Everything."

In the video's caption, Mowry wrote, "Get your mind out of the gutter."
