Expelled congressman George Santos announced that he has joined OnlyFans.

On Wednesday, the 35-year-old former lawmaker made an announcement on X, formerly Twitter, saying, "The moment you've all been waiting for! Only on #OnlyFans will you get the full behind the scenes access to everything I'm working on. See ya all there!"

The tweet came with the link to his page on the paywalled content-sharing platform.

Social media users quickly reacted to his tweet and shared their thoughts through tweet replies.

"Gross. Unfollowed," commented one X user, prompting Santos to reply, "You do know it's a content platform not just pron (sic)? LOL."

"Nobody was waiting for this cursed moment," remarked another user.

"This has to be hacked or George is listening to the wrong people," weighed in someone else.

"I'll be sure to visit when I need to induce vomiting," quipped a different commenter.

Santos was expelled from Congress in December 2023 following "a damning ethics report and dozens of criminal charges," making him the sixth lawmaker in history to be removed from the lower chamber of Congress, according to the BBC.

After his election, reports revealed that he had lied multiple times about his past. He was also charged with 23 felonies, which he denied.

He was ousted from his post after 311 -- 206 Democrats and 105 Republicans -- voted in favor of his expulsion. Only 114 lawmakers opposed.
