YouTube star Kayla Nicole Jones — who's largely been open about her life to millions of followers — clapped back at haters for calling her a "deadbeat" for allowing her kids to stay with their father.

The mother of two revealed during an interview with fellow YouTuber 'All About Carmen' how her now-estranged husband, Luhkye, lives in Alabama while she lives in Georgia. According to her, they both agreed he would take on full-time parenting responsibilities.

"Why she left that man with the kids and she seems to be living her best life, like she don't have no kids," Carmen asked, reading a question from an inquiring fan.

"I got a good baby dad, so... I mean, he can't take care of his kids?" Jones, 24, replied. Jones — who took off in 2015 for her skit surrounding "When Someone Has An Ugly Baby" — admitted that they agreed he could take the child before they called it quits.

"He asked me for them," she started to explain. "[After] the last fight, the breakup, all of that...he asked me when he left the house, he gets his stuff, he said, 'Can I take the baby?' I said, 'Yes. ... y'all want me to tell him no?"

She continued: "It's not like he has them and I don't have them we just share."

Jones reasoned "what sense would it make" for her to keep her "two little children" by herself when their support system — including both of their parents — are back home.

When Carmen asked how it feels when people call her a "deadbeat" mom because of her decision, she denied the claim and stated she doesn't know why people would make that conclusion.

"If I was a deadbeat and I wasn't doing my part, don't you think 'Kye would say something? Don't you think my mom would say something? Nobody would let me get away with that. Me? And as amazing as my kids are? Be serious," she responded matter-of-factly.
