Shannen Doherty's Husband Denies Accusations He Is 'Waiting For Her To Die:' He's Dodging 'His Responsibilities,' She Says
The husband of Shannen Doherty is denying claims that he is "waiting for [his wife] to die."
In a recent legal battle, the 'Charmed' actress, who is bravely fighting cancer, has accused her estranged husband, Kurt Iswarienko, of not fulfilling his spousal duties and allegedly "waiting for her to die."
Doherty is seeking over $15,000 in spousal support from Iswarienko, with whom she has shared a life with for over a decade.
The 52-year-old has openly criticized Iswarienko for his alleged attempts to prolong their divorce proceedings in the hopes that she might pass away before he is required to provide her with financial support.
In an emotional statement to 'PEOPLE,' Doherty claimed how "It is simply not right that Kurt be permitted to prolong our divorce in hopes that I die before he is required to pay me while he continues to live his life and shirk his responsibilities to his dying wife of more than 11 years."

Doherty's accusations extend beyond emotional distress, also touching on alleged financial misconduct. She has accused Iswarienko of spending substantial amounts of money on personal luxuries while simultaneously claiming he lacks the funds to support her.
According to the '90210' aluma, "Kurt has been utilizing the airplane, spending thousands of dollars at medical spas, jewelry stores, Gucci, and on flights... while simultaneously claiming he has insufficient funds with which to support me."
'The Blast' reports Iswarienko's legal team has firmly denied these allegations.
In a statement, they asserted that "Kurt is not 'simply wait[ing] for Shannen to die.' He wants the best for Shannen, and he wants both of them to be able to put this case behind them and move forward."
