Elon Musk has reportedly welcomed baby No. 12 earlier this year with Neuralink Corp. executive Shivon Zilis.

This marks baby No. 3 for both Musk and Zilis — who takes the role of director of special projects at the tech company Musk founded in 2016, specializing in implantable computer interfaces (BCIS).

The Tesla boss did respond to the notion that he "secretly fathered" the child when he confirmed the news to 'Page Six,' claiming that "secretly" isn't quite the way to frame it.

"As for 'secretly fathered,' that is also false," Musk, 52, told the media outlet. "All our friends and family know."

"Failure to issue a press release, which would be bizarre, does not mean 'secret,' " he concluded. The name and gender of his new bundle of joy has not been revealed.

Musk is known to speak candidly about the rapidly declining birth rates in America, as 'Bloomberg' detailed that the SpaceX mogul believes global fertility rates are not just a crisis, but it's the crisis.
