This isn't Tinsley's first run-in with the law in the last few years.

According to the 'Daily Mail,' Tinsley was sued six years ago by his fellow band member James Frost-Winn. Frost-Winn alleged that Tinsley had sexually assaulted him while he was sleeping. Frost-Winn also accused the Virginia native of sexting him, suggesting that the younger musician "owed him" for his career. The two settled the matter out of court a year later.

In February 2022, Tinsley violated many clauses in the agreement via social media. Frost-Winn's team said the online posts were all a lie and two years later, he was sued again.
