Bianca Censori Sent Porn To Yeezy Staff While Kanye West Knowingly Hired Minors, New Lawsuit Claims
Bianca Censori has been accused of sending Yeezy staffers X-rated videos, which allegedly were accessible to minors who were helping develop her husband Kanye West's forthcoming porn app.
The allegations were made in a new lawsuit accusing West and his former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos of hiring minors, not paying employees, and fostering a hostile work environment.
The court documents, obtained by TMZ, alleged that Censori -- who was not named as a defendant -- sent one staffer a file-sharing link containing explicit sexual videos after West announced in late April that he has plans to launch an adult entertainment studio called Yeezy Porn.
Underage employees allegedly were subjected to the material while working on the rapper's app, according to the documents.
Yiannopoulos has denied the allegations in the lawsuit, while West has not yet publicly addressed the claims.
The alleged porn app was one of the two projects at the center of this lawsuit against West and Yiannopoulos along with a streaming service platform called YZYVSN.
In April, the rapper and his ex-chief of staff -- who parted ways with West last month after the latter decided to move into the porn business -- allegedly hired a developer group comprising staffers from around the world to create the streaming service app.
The team, which included several Black members and minors as young as 14, was promised a $120,000 payment for the finished app as long as they agreed to work demanding hours and did not complain.
The filing alleged that West ordered the entire group to sign non-disclosure agreements and threatened to fire them without pay if they didn't.
The underage members were allegedly told to sign "volunteer" agreements.
While working on the app, the staffers were subjected to "harassing language" related to "age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and national origin" from West's white managers, the lawsuit alleged.
Managers allegedly referred to some employees as "slaves" and "new slaves."
According to the lawsuit, the development team allegedly was forced to work long hours without pay or sleep.
The team also began working on West's alleged porn app after the rapper announced his porn business venture in late April.
The group allegedly finished one app and showed it to West on May 1. The Washington Post identified the completed project as the streaming service app.
However, West and Yiannopoulos allegedly never sent the development team their payment for the app, according to the lawsuit.
The staffers are seeking unpaid wages, overtime pay, and damages for emotional distress.
On Sunday, Yiannopoulos addressed the lawsuit in a statement posted on X, formerly Twitter, calling it a "joke" and dismissing the racism allegations as "bonkers."
He claimed that the lawsuit was led by a "disgruntled" employee who "is mad he didn't get chosen for a full-time Yeezy job."
Yiannopoulos also responded to the allegations that Yeezy hired minors, writing: "The company has signed releases from and contractor agreements with every contributor to every closed and every open source project, including parents or guardians where appropriate."
He also seemingly denied the claims that underage staffers were exposed to X-rated material, adding: "Yeezy Porn doesn't exist, so [it] could not have been shown to anyone."
