Michelle Obama would win if she faces off against Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election, while all other potential Joe Biden replacements would lose, a new poll has found.

The Reuters/Ipsos poll conducted after Biden and Trump's June 27 debate showed Obama would beat the ex-POTUS by 11 percentage points in a hypothetical matchup.

According to the poll, 50% of registered voters said they would vote for Obama if the election were held today. Only 39% of the 892 respondents said they would vote for Trump.

Vice President Kamala Harris, California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, and Illinois Gov. J. B. Pritzker all failed to outperform Trump in hypothetical matchups, the poll showed.

The new poll was a far cry from the results of March polling, which showed Obama would not be able to beat Trump if she were the Democratic nominee.

According to a DailyMail.com/J.L. Partners poll of 1,000 likely voters, 47% said they would vote for Trump, while 44% said they would choose Obama in a hypothetical matchup.

Despite her growing popularity as a potential replacement for Biden, Obama has repeatedly said that she will never run for president.

Calls within the Democratic Party to replace Biden grew after his shaky debate performance against Trump last week.

Following the debate, Trump is now ahead of Biden among likely voters 49% to 43%, according to a recent poll by The New York Times and Siena College.

TMZ reported that an unnamed top official in the Biden campaign believes "it's only a matter of time" before the 81-year-old steps down.

"There's little hope the polls are going to improve," the official was quoted as saying by the outlet.

The campaign official reportedly thinks Harris is the most likely candidate to step in if Biden drops out of the race.

Enstarz could not independently verify the information.

However, Biden insisted in a conference call with staffers Wednesday that he's not bowing out, an unnamed source told Deadline.

"Let me say this as clearly as I possibly can as simply and straightforward as I can: I am running," Biden reportedly said. "I'm not leaving. I'm in this race to the end and we're going to win."

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre also recently told reporters that Biden "is staying in the race."
