Autumn Daly, who appeared on 'Big Brother 2' in 2001, was recently apprehended in Texas for theft charges.

Law enforcement officials took Daly into custody last month in Lewisville, Texas, for an outstanding warrant related to theft. According to police, they located her at a local retail store she owns named Encore! Encore!

During questioning, an officer queried Daly about any existing warrants, to which she reportedly acknowledged having one. Allegedly, Daly mentioned she was in the process of addressing these warrants but had not done so yet, leading to her arrest.

Daly faces charges for property theft ranging between $30,000 and $150,000 stemming from an incident in 2023. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond.

The reality TV alumna told 'TMZ' her arrest is "a retaliation attempt by a former business associate who sued me and lost in civil court. It won't stick and I'm in the process of suing them for $500K as well, so best I don't say anything further."

Daly gained fame during the second season of 'Big Brother' where she was evicted as the third contestant after nearly three weeks on the show. During her season, Dr. Will Kirby ultimately emerged as the season's winner.
