"He took a young beautiful girl, snuffed her out, took her life away from her. Threw my daughter in a garbage bag. The whole community was upset because she didn't deserve that. He's scum," the victim's mother, Nicole Williams stated, per the news outlet.

"She's sweet. She's a nice person and she grew up here. We don't know why someone would have a motive to do something to her," her aunt, Nisha Ramirez, told reporters.

A man was captured on video dragging the bag on an electric wheelchair before cops found the body near a tailor shop, per law enforcement. Residents later spotted him near Straus Houses Monday when they restrained him and notified police.

Irish, 55, who uses a wheelchair, was placed on a gurney by officials when the victim's family and friends broke out into melee.

Community members pummeled the man, punching him with closed fist in the face and head as EMTs made a desperate attempt to shield him from the crowd's fury. The people can be heard yelling, "Kill him," and "drop him" amongst loud screaming and chatter.

Irish is charged with concealment of a human corpse, in addition to two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of menacing — however, police say those charges are not related to the homicide investigation.

Irish was taken into custody Monday due to a dispute with someone allegedly unrelated to the murder, per 'FOX 5.' The suspect's relation to the victim remains unknown.
