Sexyy Red Debunks Tour Cancellation Rumors, Claims ‘Bigger Companies’ Are Trying To ‘Sabotage’ Her
Sexyy Red is clapping back at rumors that her tour is being canceled, claiming she's "doing just fine."
The "SkeeYee" rap star debunked a post on Twitter, now known as X, which claimed the rapper's upcoming tour was on the verge of being canceled. "Only 37.11% of the 85,217 tickets have sold," the allegedly inaccurate post stated.
"My fans are buying tickets we're doing just fine we not canceling no tour, dis canceling s**t all cap [blue cap emoji]," the 26-year-old replied in a repost.

On June 25, the self-proclaimed "Hood Hottest Princess'' announced her 'Sexyy Red 4 President' tour alongside Hunxho, Loe Shimmy, and Blakeiana. The St. Louis native believes "bigger companies" are attempting to sabotage her because she chose to go with an independent promoter.
"Dis how dey try to do u wen u go wit an independent promoter n the bigger companies try to sabotage u we not canceling sht," Red stated. "I did my touring deal with a black promoter black owned company AG Entertainment and now dey playin dirty paying pages spreading fake news to discourage my fans from buying tickets."
Red, born Janae Nierah Wherry, continued to share posts from fans who recorded live footage of packed audiences during her concerts, penning sarcastically in the caption: "NoBoDy Is BuYiNg HeR tIckeTs...Meanwhile last night," with video clips attached.
Her most recent hit, 'Get It Sexyy' has become one of the hottest tracks of the year, reaching No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, per 'Vibe.'
Despite putting a spin on Donald Trump's controversial slogan, "Make America Great Again," Red claims she has no political affiliations and denies endorsing the Republican.
"I'm my own candidate. I'm not endorsing anybody period," the mom of two wrote on X at that time, per the music outlet.
Her tour is set to kick off August 22 through October 5.
