Siddh, a college student, claims that his car was declared a total loss by his insurance company. Additionally, he claims to experience severe anxiety whenever he approaches an intersection while driving.

He asserts that he and his legal representatives have made repeated attempts to contact Oubre, 28, and the Philadelphia 76ers in order to initiate settlement discussions. However, he alleges that he perceives Oubre to be actively avoiding communication.

Siddh indicates that he may be left with no choice but to pursue legal action against the small forward.
