Dwyane Wade Teases ‘A Nail Line’ After Expressing His Love For Manicures: ‘I’m Creative’
Dwyane Wade dropped a major "creative" bomb to 'CBS' host Jericka Duncan after expressing his love for manicures.
The conversation about his creative ideas began when Duncan urged Wade to show off his nails after noticing the bold pops of color beaming from his fingertips.
"So, show us the nails," Duncan, 40, prompted. "Don't get a close-up of my nails," a shy Wade responded. "Listen... I been on the road," he smiled.

When a surprised Duncan inquired about the inspiration behind his colorful nails, Wade claimed his manicure was a form of expression. "I'm creative. I'm expressive. And there's so many ways to do that," the 3x NBA champion stated.
"I'm actually thinking about jumping into the nail line, like — I've been thinking about it... yeah," the 42-year-old stated. "It could be a good time, but I got some cool ideas that I'm exploring."
He continued: "One of my favorite things to do when it comes to this, is actually sitting down with my daughter and getting my nails painted, and painting hers. That's the time that we get to connect. Me doing something that she loves and also that I love. I give her manis and pedis as well."
The nail tease was a major creative drop for the 13x NBA All-Star. However, many TikTokers inquired: "What's going on here?"
"Come out the closet baby, it's 2024 and it's okay to be gay," one user chimed in. "Dennis Rodman been painting his nails since the 90's. So what [shocked face emoji]," another defended.
Wade, husband of actress Gabrielle Union, has had a decorated NBA career before retiring in 2019. The Miami Heat retired Wade's #3 jersey in 2020.
