2024 ESPYS Awards Red Carpet Looks: 7 Worst Dressed Celebrities
The ESPY Awards was a celebratory night to pay homage to the exceptional athletic prowess that has been showcased throughout the last year.
The awards ceremony has been held annually since 1993 by ESPN. Serena Williams hosted last night's event, using her platform to celebrate, entertain, and even comment on the controversial comments made by Harrison Butker in his commencement speech at Benedictine College.
Many left last night's ESPY Awards as winners in the highest light. A'ja Wilson took home the award for "Best Athlete in Women's Sports'' while Simone Biles was celebrated as the "Best Comeback Athlete."
While these athletes shone brightly, not everyone managed to impress with their fashion choices. Here are our seven least favorite outfits from last night's awards.
1. Jason Oppenheim
Jason Oppenheim, best known for his appearance on Netflix's 'Selling Sunset.' While known for his great looks and making great sales, the outfit he chose for the awards left some things to be desired.
He paired a nice suit jacket with what seemed to be tailored sweatpants. While the look was certainly unique, it missed the mark for such a prestigious event. The sweatpants, despite being tailored, gave off a too-casual vibe that clashed with the otherwise formal atmosphere. A full suit would have elevated his look considerably.
2. Robin Arzon
Robin Arzon, the Vice President of Fitness Programming at Peloton and a fitness trainer, usually stuns with her strong, confident presence. However, her outfit choice last night was less than flattering.
The ill-fitting white drapery left Arzon looking as if she were swaddled in bedsheets. The loose, shapeless garment did little to highlight her athletic figure and came off as more of a fashion misstep than a statement.

3. Mary Bonnet
'Selling Sunset's' Mary Bonnet is undeniably gorgeous, but her dress for the EPSYs was a bit perplexing. Her entire white gown was laced with string, resembling a sneaker that needed to be tightened. While creative, this design did not help enhance her beauty. Instead, it looked overworked and overly complicated.
4. Damar Hamlin
NFLplayer Damar Hamlin took a fashion risk with his choice of attire, but unfortunately, it didn't quite pay off. He showed up wearing long, fitted shorts reminiscent of a different time period — and not in a good way. The shorts give off a spirit somewhere between school uniform and town crier.
5. Russell Wilson
Russell Wilson, quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, seemed to miss the memo on the dress code. His outfit was so casual it looked like he could be out running errands rather than attending an awards show.
Wilson's casual attire was too laid-back for the grandeur of the ESPYs.
6. Michael 'Venom' Page
British MMA fighter Michael 'Venom' Page brought a touch of the tropics to the EPSYs, but it wasn't the right venue for his beach-inspired attire. His outfit, reminiscent of a tropical vacation, was also too casual for the event.
Page's relaxed, beach-flare look would have been perfect for a summer getaway.

7. Rob Lowe
While Rob Lowe still looked great, his outfit seemed more appropriate for a winter gala than a summer event.
Dressed in dark velvet, Lowe appeared far too warm for the season. Although his style is impeccable, a lighter, more breathable material would have suited the occasion better.
