Drake fans are concerned about his health, claiming that the rapper looked unrecognizable and "sick" in his recent photos.

Two months after Kendrick Lamar came out on top in their rap beef, Drake popped up at Michael Rubin's Fourth of July White Party in the Hamptons.

However, photos from the party showed Drake's face looking gaunt and sporting heavy under-eye bags, sparking worry among his fans over his health.

"Drake looks really sick," one fan wrote on X, formerly Twitter. "He's [losing] weight and he looks dehydrated...let the [G.O.A.T.] get his health back please, I'm praying for this brother."

"Somebody please check up on Drake," another worried X user wrote. "He looks sick."

Some suggested that his feud with Lamar and the widespread ridicule he has faced in recent months may have taken a toll on him.

"This Kendrick beef really took a toll on this man huh? Damn. Drake over here aging like a President now. The more I look at this, the more it starts to not even look like Drake. This is Aubrey now," one X user claimed, referring to Drake's first name.

"He's been losing sleep," another suggested.

"We haven't even heard from you, you look drained, you look exhausted boy, them late nights ain't good for you, really starting to show on you," a third user commented on his photo.

A photo shared by Drake on his Instagram Stories over the weekend further intensified the speculation about his health.

In the snap, the rapper could be seen holding a hookah, appearing much slimmer than he did months ago.

"Kendrick Lamar, this man is losing sleep and weight over you, he's depressed [as f**k]. Or is Drake overdosing on Ozempic?" wrote an X user alongside a screenshot of the post.

In one of his diss tracks, Lamar accused Drake of using Ozempic to lose weight and undergoing a cosmetic procedure known as a BBL, or Brazilian butt lift.

However, Drake later claimed that he planted several items, including Ozempic, for Lamar to find and use in his diss track, implying that there was no truth to the accusations.

In 2019, the "God's Plan" hitmaker denied going under the knife to get abs, and his personal trainer insisted that Drake's physique was due to working out.

Months before his rap beef with Lamar, Drake announced in October 2023 that he was taking a break from music for "maybe a year or so."

He explained on his radio show "Table For One" at the time that he needed to focus on his health issues, specifically his stomach problems.

"Nothing crazy, but just like, you know, I want people to be healthy in life," Drake said. "I've been having the craziest problems for years with my stomach, I'm just saying what it is."

He continued, "I need to get right, I have a lot of other things that I would love to focus on. So I'm [going to] lock the door on the studio for a little bit, I don't even know what a little bit is. Maybe a year or so, maybe a little longer."

Shortly after his announcement, however, Drake released his album, "For All the Dogs," which included "First Person Shooter" -- the song that reignited his beef with Lamar.
