Donald Trump's wife Melania Trump, daughter Ivanka Trump and youngest son Barron Trump were no-shows on the first two nights of the ongoing Republican National Convention.

Just two days after Saturday's shocking attempt on his life, Trump appeared with a bandage over his ear at the convention, where he was formally nominated as the GOP presidential candidate for the 2024 election.

Trump was joined by his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump as well as his youngest daughter Tiffany Trump. Also in attendance were Don Jr.'s fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle and Eric's wife Lara Trump, who is also the co-chair of the Republican National Committee.

Lara spoke at the convention Tuesday, while Don Jr. is slated to give a speech Wednesday. Neither Melania nor Ivanka -- who have both largely stayed away from Trump's 2024 campaign -- are on the list of speakers for the event, according to USA Today.

Melania, Ivanka and Barron have been noticeably missing from the convention so far, causing social media users to speculate on their absence.

The entry "Where's Ivanka?" became a trending topic on X, formerly Twitter, Tuesday after a photo surfaced of Tiffany, Don Jr., Eric, and their respective partners posing with Trump's running mate, Ohio Sen. JD Vance, on the second night of the convention.

A number of X users also asked, "Where's Melania?" and "Where's Barron?"

Some users shared their theories behind the absence of the former senior White House adviser, the ex-first lady, and her only son.

"Neither of them want anything to do with this," one person claimed of Melania and Ivanka. "I don't blame them."

"[Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner] made their money, time to bounce when the goings good," another speculated.

"I keep telling people the more that comes out about [Saturday] the more this smells even worse -- and it may not come out this week, or next week or next month but there's a reason his daughter and wife want nothing to do with this," another claimed.

However, there's still a chance Melania, Ivanka and Barron will appear during the last two nights of the Republican National Convention.

USA Today reported that Ivanka and Kushner may attend the event Thursday -- when Trump is expected to formally accept the nomination.

While they have not made an appearance at the GOP convention thus far, both Ivanka and Melania spoke up in support of Trump after he was injured in the shooting at his Pennsylvania rally Saturday.

In a post on X Saturday, Ivanka decried the "senseless violence" and wrote, "I love you Dad, today and always."

Melania, in her own statement, called the 20-year-old gunman "a monster" and described her husband as "the generous and caring man who I have been with through the best of times and the worst of times."

The Republican National Convention kicked off on Monday and will conclude on Thursday, when Trump is expected to address delegates and his supporters.
