Irv Gotti, Co-Founder Of Murder Inc., Accused Of Sexual Assault And Battery By Alleged Ex-Girlfriend
Irv Gotti is being accused of sexual assault by a woman identified as Jane Doe in a new lawsuit.
The plaintiff claims the alleged abuse occurred during her relationship with the hip-hop mogul from 2020 to 2022.
On July 11, attorney Adriana Alcalde filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court on behalf of an anonymous Jane Doe. The accuser alleges that Gotti, real name Irving Domingo Lorenzo Jr., raped her multiple times in Atlanta, Miami, and Saint Martin during their relationship.
She claims they met through a mutual friend at a poker tournament in the summer 2020.
The woman asserts that after their initial meeting, Gotti, 54, flew her to Saint Martin for a vacation and coerced her into sex, threatening to send her home if she refused. She claims this led to a relationship where she endured ongoing abuse.
In one alleged incident, she claims Gotti flew her to Miami in January 2022 and forced her to perform oral sex in an elevator at the Four Seasons Hotel. Another similar incident reportedly happened in Atlanta during an Uber ride in the summer of 2022, where Gotti allegedly coerced her into performing oral sex. According to the lawsuit, their relationship ended after the latter incident.
"As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward," the lawsuit says. "These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day."
As of this writing, Gotti has not publicaly responded to the allegations. He is innocent until proven guilty.
