Prince Harry Scrambling For ‘Sensational Material’ For Upcoming ‘Spare’ Paperback Copy: Report
Prince Harry is scouring for "sensational" material to add to the paperback version of his bombshell memoir, 'Spare,' according to a report by 'The Daily Mail.'
Although the hardcover copy has been released for nearly 18 months, publishers are seeking to make another push onto the market for his paperback version, especially if it will include "sensational" material.
This push comes during a time where Prince Harry is farther from the royal family than ever, as he and Meghan Markle were recently considered "irrelevant" to the monarchy.
Royal expert Ephraim Hardcastle maintains that the 39-year-old has no "new 'Spare' excitement to impart," which may partly contribute to why the family has kept him at a distance.
"His family has kept him at arm's length, aware that anything they say could be taken down and used in evidence against them," Hardcastle claimed. "The only exclusives Harry could offer relate to his view of the Coronation from behind Aunt Anne's plumed hat and how he nipped in to Buck House en route to Heathrow to use the loo," he added, per 'The Daily Mail.'
Harry was allegedly growing angrier and more frustrated as King Charles and Prince William continue to reportedly disregard his efforts to return to their royal graces.
"They are irrelevant now. They are just not wanted as part of the monarchy. Maybe there could be some radical change, but it's hard to see," diary editor Richard Eden said of the disgraced royal.
Eden suspects that the king's youngest son's "time is running out to come back while his father is still king" — as he speculates that his older brother may not be so welcoming when he becomes king.
