Donald Trump was grazed in the ear in front of thousands of Americans on Saturday, however, not many details regarding his condition have come out until recently.

The 45th president's former physician reached out to him after the assassination attempt — a headshot that missed and struck his right ear — in order to check on the state of his health. That's when he claimed Trump preferred to have him there.

"Okay, enough said," Representative Ronny Jackson of Texas said, per her statement to 'The New York Times.' When assessing his wound, Jackson claimed Trump was "missing a little bit at the top" of his ear, courtesy of Thomas Crooks' AR-15 rifle.

Jackson also claimed surgery would not be necessary.

According to 'TMZ,' the Republican presidential nominee didn't suffer from a concussion, and won't need any sort of special attention during his road to recovery. The media outlet claimed that Trump's ear should sort itself out on it's own.

"A lot of people say it's the most iconic photo they've ever seen," Trump said of his viral triumphant photo.

"They're right and I didn't die. Usually you have to die to have an iconic picture," he told 'The New York Post.'

"The doctor at the hospital said he never saw anything like this, he called it a miracle," Trump continued. "I'm not supposed to be here, I'm supposed to be dead."

The 78-year-old maintains that the chart on the screen at his rally saved his life, as he made a slight head turn to examine the data. "If I hadn't pointed at that chart and turned my head to look at it, that bullet would have hit me right in the head," he explained, per 'Newsweek.'
