Soulja Boy Sues Tasha K And William The Baddest For $16M Over 'Malicious' Gay Rumors: ‘Clout Demons’
Soulja Boy is suing a blogger for "malicious" defamation after a social media personality claimed he had sexual relations with him.
Tasha K and William The Baddest are being sued by the rapper after explosive "gay" allegations were made against him on her show, according to legal documents filed with the Superior Court of the State of California and obtained by 'The Neighborhood Talk.'
During an episode with 'Unwine With Tasha K,' William The Baddest detailed an alleged sexual encounter with the "Kiss Me Thru The Phone" rapper. He claimed their alleged encounter was "everything" and "perfect."
According to the lawsuit, Soulja Boy, real name Deandre Cortez, is suing Tasha Transrina Kebe and William Thomas for damages and injunctive relief for defamation of character, sexual harassment, intentional interfereance with prospective contractual relations, violation of right to privacy, general negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
"He's very into the race play stuff," William alleged on the podcast. "Here's the thing — I don't know if this was really him... or if it was drunk him."
William also said he has a tattoo of Soulja Boy's name on his cheek in purple ink, per 'VIBE.'
The media outlet also posted a cease and desist letter demanding retraction of the content dated May 22, 2024.
"Clout demons [are] crazy," Soulja Boy, 33, responded regarding the "slanderous" claims in a video. "You gonna make up a lie on somebody for clout like this, and [for] clicks, views? Like... that's not cool."
The interview is no longer available on Tasha K's YouTube channel.
