Ben Affleck 'A Different Person' Now To Jennifer Lopez; Couple 'Not Trying To Work It Out' Anymore: Insider
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are over but don't plan on making a public announcement about it anytime soon, according to a report.
It's been two months since rumors started circulating that the couple was experiencing marital issues and headed for divorce.
Lopez and Affleck have been living apart for quite some time, but some outlets, including Us Weekly, reported that they were working on their marriage.
However, Fox News Digital, citing an unnamed source, recently reported that Lopez and Affleck "are not getting back together."
"JLo wanted to make it work really badly, he's just a different person to her now," the source claimed.
The insider added that the Oscar winner and the multihyphenate entertainer "have no plans to announce that they aren't a couple right now."
"They're not trying to work it out. They have zero plans to announce this anytime soon," the source told the outlet.
Lopez and Affleck tied the knot in Las Vegas in July 2022 -- a year after rekindling their romance.
The pair had been loved up on the red carpet and outings since then, but in May, fans noticed that they had not been photographed together for over a month.
Over the next few weeks, news broke that Affleck had moved out of their Beverly Hills marital home and that the couple put it up for sale less than a year after they purchased it.
Last week, Lopez and Affleck spent their second wedding anniversary apart, with the singer in the Hamptons in New York and the latter in Los Angeles.
Page Six reported that the "On the Floor" hitmaker was spotted having a meal at Arthur & Sons in Bridgehampton with her son, Max, and an assistant on the couple's anniversary.
Lopez was also seen driving around town in a vintage convertible with Benny Medina, her manager.
Meanwhile, Affleck was photographed entering his office in L.A. on Wednesday.
Despite the rumors surrounding their marriage, Lopez and Affleck appear to still have a close bond with each other's children.
Earlier this month, Lopez was photographed hanging out with Affleck's eldest child, Violet, in Southampton.
The "Argo" director shares Violet and her siblings Fin and Sam with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Lopez shares Max and his twin Emmy with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony.
"Violet and all the kids have remained close to JLo which is [why] Violet is in the Hamptons with JLo," the source told Fox News Digital.
"JLo wants to be there for Ben's kids," the insider added. "She's changed her life and made it more about the children. She thought she'd be doing this with Ben, and she's not. Ben's kids really do like JLo, and they loved seeing their dad so happy with JLo."
