Jennifer Lopez Admits To Feeling ‘Tender, Fragile’ And ‘Frightened’ In Viral Post Amid Marital Woes
Jennifer Lopez took to her Instagram to pen a lengthy open letter expressing her appreciation for her fans, loved ones, and supporters after celebrating her 55th birthday.
Gazing upon her elaborate flower-accented three layer cake, "Jenny From the Block" is seen in her coziest pajamas while sporting a birthday headband and a cheeky smile.
"I've been seeing all of your birthday wishes, beautiful videos, and posts all last night and this morning from all over the world. I have laughed, smiled, shed some tears, and when I saw the billboard in Times Square, I was completely overwhelmed," the Grammy Award nominated musician began.
"It's hard to believe we have spent all this time together. It's funny as I sit here contemplating on the most extraordinary journey I still feel like the same girl starting out so full of energy and bravado, so ready to take on the whole world on the outside and yet so tender, fragile and sometimes frightened but always full of love on the inside," she wrote. "I have so much love for you."
She concluded: "Thank you for your caring, your understanding, your loyalty and most importantly your love. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you."

Despite her feeling "tender, fragile" and sometimes "frightened," it appears Lopez, 55, is remaining positive amid ongoing turmoil with her alleged now-estranged husband Ben Affleck.
A source at 'Page Six' earlier this month alleged that the pair's romance "has been over" since March, however, 'The Accountant' star reportedly still feels "very protective" of his partner. According to the media outlet, the actor was not present for Lopez's 'Bridgerton' themed birthday lunch.
The pair reportedly spent the Fourth of July apart, in addition to their second wedding anniversary, when Lopez was spotted biking solo through the the Hamptons as Affleck was spotted doing business across the country in Los Angeles.
