Ciara's 'Michael Jackson Nose' Mocked As Plastic Surgery Rumors Resurface
Ciara is again at the center of plastic surgery rumors after old images of her resurfaced online.
Fans have reignited discussions about the 38-year-old R&B star's looks after her side-by-side images circulated on social media. In the viral post, a photo from 2006, when she was 20 years old, is compared to one from 2019, when she was about 33 years old.
The "1,2 Step" singer has not admitted to undergoing cosmetic surgery and even denied getting her nose done. She attributes the change in her appearance to natural aging and makeup.
Nonetheless, users online believe she's had some nip and tuck.
In fact, many think she's had a few procedures done, including a nose job, lip augmentation and buccal fat removal.
"She CLEARLY had a slight nose job. Period," one person commented.
"She literally blocked me because I said she had a nice nose job," revealed another.
A different user added, "Light facelift, lip augmented and nose."
"[People] use to say she looked like she could be related to Wanda Sykes before the surgery," one more comment read.
"Buccal fat removal," pitched another.
Buccal fat removal is the surgery to remove fat between a person's cheekbones and jaw bones.
"These fat pads help make up the shape of your face," the Cleveland Clinic explained.

Despite the persistent rumors, Ciara has denied undergoing plastic surgery, specifically a nose lift.
In a 2019 guest appearance on the "RuPaul" talk show, Russell Wilson's wife clarified that she still has her "real nose."
"Every time I see you, I am only focused on your nose. Is that your real nose?" host RuPaul asked.
"Yes, it is my real nose," she answered.
The "Goodies" artist revealed that people used to say she had "a Michael Jackson nose."
Despite the criticism, many still believe the star is aging beautifully.
Ciara recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of her "Goodies" album with a performance in Atlanta.
