A popular content creator's purple, luxury car was seized by police during New York City's Dominican Day parade Sunday.

Fanum was streaming live when he was stopped by police officers who aimed their guns at him. Although the Twitch streamer was not arrested, his driver was taken into custody, and the police drove away with his Lamborghini Urus.

Throughout the parade, Fanum's car was surrounded by fans, and he streamed the event live, but the video on demand (VoD) has been removed.

As he attempted to leave the parade after over an hour of streaming, police stopped Fanum with their guns drawn.

Despite remaining calm, Fanum, real name Roberto Gonzalez, expressed his bewilderment over the officers approaching with weapons.

"He's got his gun out, why does he have his gun out?!" he questioned. Soon after, Fanum's stream unexpectedly ended.

Fanum's driver, Walton, was arrested before they drove away in the Urus, leaving Fanum to exit the parade on foot. Videos from both him and Ray showed NYPD helicopters overhead.

Hours later, photos surfaced of an NYPD officer posing with Fanum's car, captioned: "Dominican Day parade. They outside, we outside too."

Fanum, 26, has not commented on the photos.

This isn't the first time a member of the AMP crew has had a run-in with the police. In 2023, Kai Cenat's NYC stream drew attention for causing disruptions in the city.

Kai didn't face a trial but was fined $55,000 and apologized for the incident. The NYPD did not pursue further legal action.

The AMP crew has since been evicted from their New York City penthouse. Fanum and his friends will need to find a new place if they wish to continue streaming in New York.
