Sheila E., real name Sheila Cecilia Escovedo, appeared on 'The Jason Show' where she recalled how Prince would often re-record Michael Jackson's songs to make them better.

She remembered the moment where they first heard Jackson's hit song 'Bad' (1987) during the interview published last week.

"So we get the song 'Bad' from Michael... and Prince was like... 'Michael wants me to sing this song with him.' So he played it for us, and Michael goes, 'Your butt is mine'... [Prince] just walked away and he said, 'Un un.' So we went and we re-recorded 'Bad.' "

"... We did that all the time though, I can name so many songs that we re-recorded that were sent to us."
