The attorney general of the state of Missouri, Andrew Bailey, is taking legal action against President Joe Biden's administration for allegedly "deliberately" flying illegal immigrants into his state.

According to 'The New York Post', Bailey is filing a lawsuit against Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for the failure to present documents relating to flying illegals into Missouri, which he claims he won't stand for. Per the news outlet, documents he shared with 'Fox News Digital' claims the Department of Homeland Security has intentionally delayed any response to his request to turn over documents.

On Monday, the AG took to Twitter, now X, to vocalize his frustrations and announce his case. "Breaking: I am filing suit against @Joe Biden and @Kamala Harris for REFUSING to turn over documents about the flying of illegal immigrants into Missouri," he penned.

"We have reason to believe they are deliberately flying illegal aliens from the border into our cities. Not on my watch," the Republican politician concluded.

"This game of 'hide and seek' violates the spirit and the letter of FOIA, which states that an agency shall withhold information only when the agency 'reasonably foresees that disclosure would harm an interest protected by an exemption' or if 'disclosure is prohibited by law,' " the lawsuit states, per 'The Post.'

Bailey — sworn in as the 44th attorney general in January 2023 — previously told the outlet that the border is "out of control, all thanks to Joe Biden." He also claims DHS failed to communicate when it will produce responsive records.

"Here in Missouri, we hold bad actors accountable when they refuse to obey the law, even the federal government. I will not stop until I obtain answers for Missourians," he maintained.

Missouri is one of 18 states filing suit against the Democratic administration due to its "Circumvention of Legal Pathways," rule, announced by the White house June 5, which reportedly allows aliens to enter the country and instantly receive work and public benefits.

In March, it was reported that President Joe Biden's administration admitted to secretly flying 320,000 illegal immigrants into 43 U.S airports last year.
