While discussing the "White Dudes for Harris" fundraiser on the conservative political talk show 'The Five,' Watters criticized Democratic voters and their "mommy issues."

"I don't see why any man would vote Democrat," the 46-year-old stated. "It's not the party of virtue, security — it's not the party of strength — it's definitely not the party of family. And to be a man and then vote for a woman just because she's a woman is either childish — that person has mommy issues — or they are just trying to be accepted by other women."

Watters escalated his argument by referencing supposed scientific claims about male voters who support female candidates.

"I heard the scientists say the other day that when a man votes for a woman, he actually transitions into a woman," Watters added.

The three female co-hosts on 'The Five,' Jessica Tarlov, Jeanine Pirro, and Dana Perino, objected Watters' remarks. Their concerns were dismissed by another co-host, Tyrus, who has faced accusations of sexual harassment and has a background in wrestling.

Tarlov, 40, highlighted that the "White Dudes for Harris" event garnered significant support, with over 180,000 participants, emphasizing the regret some men expressed about not doing more in past elections to support Democratic candidates. She also noted the consistent turnout of Black voters compared to the less reliable turnout from white voters.

Pirro, a former judge and district attorney, voiced her disagreement with Watters' comments.

"I want to say one thing. The men who voted for me didn't turn into women. Okay?" the 73-year-old responded.

Currently, the Republican caucuses in both the House and Senate include 44 women, as the party continues its efforts to increase female representation.
