Jennifer Lopez Fakes Bike Ride To 'Set Up Paparazzi Shot' In Hamptons; She's 'Addicted To Attention'

Jennifer Lopez was accused by Whitney Port of staging paparazzi photos amid rumors that the multi-talented entertainer's marriage to Ben Affleck is headed for divorce.

Last month, paparazzi photos of Lopez grabbing ice cream and enjoying bike rides with pals in the Hamptons in New York while wearing various gorgeous outfits went viral on social media.

However, Port and her producer husband Tim Rosenman suggested that at least some of Lopez's Hamptons outings were intended to keep her in the headlines as they claimed they saw her "set up a paparazzi shot."

"Candy Kitchen in Bridgehampton... is so special that I'm pretty sure J. Lo the other day was riding her bike to get a scoop of ice cream for a paparazzi shot," Port claimed in a recent episode of her "With Whit" podcast.

Rosenman alleged that Lopez "did not even go in" to the shop and was "just there for the exterior shot."

The 39-year-old "The Hills" alum's husband went on to describe Lopez's actions as "weird" and "unnecessary" and suggest that the singer may be "addicted to attention."

"She's already as famous as you can be, why does she need to stoke the fans of her own flame?" Rosenman asked.

Port suggested that this was simply Lopez's "vibe," noting, "She's popped everywhere. Her continually looking hot in cute settings is what keeps the machine going."

However, both Port and Rosenman admitted that if they had Lopez's fortune, they "would just be done" and spend the rest of their days relaxing "on the beach."

The couple did not provide any evidence to back up their claims that Lopez allegedly staged a paparazzi shot while staying in the Hamptons.

However, during her month-long stay in the Hamptons, Lopez was frequently photographed by paparazzi going on joyrides around her neighborhood on her white Linus bike.

Photos published by the Daily Mail showed Lopez sporting a pink and white top, white shorts and flip-flops during a July 14 bike ride.

The "Hustlers" star was also captured riding her bike while sporting a black-and-white floral crop top and a matching maxi skirt on July 23.

Another memorable ride saw Lopez rocking a white and turquoise toile Dior dress and studded Valentino ballet flats.

Even without her Hamptons outings, Lopez has been in the headlines constantly due to the reports claiming she and Affleck have parted ways and planning to divorce.

The couple has not publicly addressed the reports, but they have been living apart for months and have not been photographed together in public since June.
