Carrie Underwood Leads 2012 CMT Music Awards Nominations
Carrie Underwood was the singer with the most nominations at the 2012 CMT Music Awards which honors the year's top country videos.
Underwood leads the field with five nominations followed by Miranda Lambert with four. Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean and Thompson Square have all three nominations.
The fan-voted 2012 CMT Music Awards will be broadcast from Nashville on June 6 on CMT and CMT.com.
The Awards will take place the night prior to the official opening of the CMA Music Festival, held June 7-10 in downtown Nashville.
