"We'll forever be in love so there ain't no need to rush but one day I won't be able to ask you loud enough," he sings. "I'll say, will you marry me?"
The singer said he wrote the song for Sparks over a year ago. The two have been dating for almost two years now.
"One of my favorite lyrics of the song is: 105 is the number that comes to my heakd when I think of all the years I want to be with you,'" he told Seacrest. "It's one of those things you want to wake up next to that person forever so 105 is the number that I thought of."

The love song will appear on Derulo's upcoming third album Tattoos. The album's lead single, The Other Side, is currently No. 18 on Billboard's Hot 100. In July he released a second single titled Talk Dirty.
"I got lipstick stamps on my passport, you make it hard to leave. Been around the world, don't speak the language. But your booty don't need explaining, all I really need to understand is when you talk dirty to me," Derulo sings on the raunchy track, which also features rapper 2 Chainz.
Derulo's third album is the follow-up to Future History, which peaked at No. 29 on Billboard's Top 200. It has only sold 74,000 copies to date, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Derulo's debut and self-titled album performed significantly better on the charts: it peaked at No. 11 when it was released in 2010.
Tattoos hits stores on Sept. 24.
