'Tough Love' Season 5 Host Steve Ward Secret Sex for Stardom Deal AUDIO Leaked (Listen) Preview VIDEO
An audio clip leaked ahead of the Tough Love season 5 premiere featured VH1 host Steve Ward offering an escort a spot on the reality show in exchange for sex.
Radar Online published the audio and interviewed the unidentified escort. She said the proposition was made at the W Hotel in Hollywood, Calif., in December 2012.
In the audio below, the man alleged to be Ward told the escort he would guarantee her a spot on his hit dating show in exchage for free sex. The escort normally charges $5,000 for the night, she told the website.
"I will promise to do my very best to get you on my show and put you at the very front of the line to be on my show if you f--k me, right now," the man in the clip is heard saying. "Nobody will know about that. I promise I won't tell a soul. I promise. I promise. Nobody will know."
"I am angling here... (inaudible). You're in the business of sex so I am going to make you an offer," Ward is alleged to have said. "I think this is f*cking cool. I am pretty sure if I am f*cking you five minutes from now after making this deal, I would be so thrilled that I made a deal and bartered for this. I'd be like, this is amazing. I have the greatest life known to man."
The man tried to flatter the escort by telling her that the show's producers would hire her and that she has star quality.
"I think they'd love it," he said, referring to the Tough Love producers. "I think they'd f--king love it. I think they would eat it up. I think you would be a star. I really do."
Listen to the audio of a man - alleged to be Ward - making a secret sex deal in the short clip below. A show insider told the website that the escort auditioned for the show but did not make the final cut.
"She made it up to the top 10 but then got dropped," the production source said. "She did what he wanted, gave him what he wanted and he never lived up to his end of the bargain."
The woman released the audio the day before the premiere of season 5 of Tough Love because she did not end up on the show or get paid for her services, she told Radar Online.
Ward serves as host and producer of Tough Love. He is also the CEO of Master Matchmakers, an exclusive, high-end matchmaking service that has been in business for over 20 years. It was founded by his mother, JoAnn Ward, who has also appeared on his show.
