'R&B Divas' LA Reunion PHOTOS, VIDEOS Spoilers; Wendy Williams Hosts Claudette Ortiz, Kelly Price, Michel’e, & Chante Moore
Tv One released the photos and sneak peek videos of the upcoming two-part special, R&B Divas LA: Reunion.
According to the teasers, the reunion stage will offer as much drama as the episodes that played out during the season.
Daytime talk show host Wendy Williams hosts the two-part special that features five out of the six cast mates. Chante Moore, Kelly Price, Michel'e, Claudette Ortiz and Lil Mo appeared for the reunion while forner En Vogue member Dawn Robinson was noticeably absent.
According to the preview, Williams revisited the cast members' key story lines and personal dramas. Namely, Moore and Price's beef over the dialogue rehearsals, Ortiz' homelessness and Michel'le's fake marriage to Death Row founder Suge Knight to name a few.
Ortiz, who was one third member of the 90s group City High that was founded by Wyclef Jean, explained how she fell on hard times once the group disbanded.
"Yes, I did not have stable place to live," Ortiz toldWilliams on the reunion stage. She then revealed that when she got the call to appear on the reality show, she was living in her car with her three children at the time.
Michel' le revealed she didn't know that she wed Knight over the phone while he was serving time in prison.
When a baffled Willaims asked Michel' le to explain a "fake marriage," the singer said: "A fake marriage is when you don't go in front of no priest or no whoever...the man with the black robe," she said. "Nobody told me that Wendy. Guess who told me-- the judge, the IRS and the FBI."
Chante Moore and Kelly Price will continue to feud and will have argument so heated to the point of a physical altercation.
Williams asked Lil Mo to confirm she said in a previous interview that she could "outsing at least eight music icons." Lil Mo sang live on the reunion stage to prove to everyone she is one of the best singers of all time.
