'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Brandi Glanville NOT Asked to be on LeAnn Rimes Show, Source Reveals
An insider connected to LeAnn Rimes' new show denied claims that Brandi Glanville was asked to be on the VH1 series, though earlier reports surfaced stating otherwise.
Radar Online reported "exclusive information" on Aug. 31 that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was asked to be on Rimes' show that she will star in with her husband Eddie Cibrian, who is also Glanville's ex-husband. Glanville hinted at such an offer when she tweeted on Aug. 30, "I am laughing sooooooo hard at the offer that just came into my agent @alecshankman for me!NOT GONNA DO IT!!!! OMG OMG."

Rimes and Cibrian's reality show will air on VH1 and so far it has only been picked up for six episodes. After the report surfaced about Glanville's potential role on the show, a source close to production told the website that it was her party who made the approach to be on Rimes' show, not the other way around.
"Brandi's agent saw one of the producers of LeAnn and Eddie's show at an event recently and approached him about Brandi being on the show. Of course, it's not what LeAnn or Eddie want to do at all, so they never responded to her formal approach," the source revealed. "Not content, the agent contacted VH1 a few days ago asking for $25,000 a show without ever being solicited for it."
The source added that only after producers did not respond to Glanville's request did she start claiming they made her an offer she turned down.
"She can't stand that Eddie and LeAnn haven't responded, let alone have no interest in her being on their show. I mean, why would they ever in a million years have her on their show? She thinks she's some big draw. It's crazy!"
Glanville's sons with Cibrian - Mason and Jake - will not appear on the TV show her ex-husband will star in with Rimes, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tweeted Aug. 9. Glanville's spin-off series for Bravo has already started filming. The network has yet to release an official premiere date for the show.
