Lindsay Lohan's Mom Dina Lohan Wants to Change Lives and Inspire People With Tell-All Book, Says Source [EXCLUSIVE]
Lindsay Lohan's mom is ready to put rumors to rest after years of tabloid fodder have nearly destroyed her family.
Dina Lohan is writing her own tell-all about the trials and tribulations of life in the spotlight, a friend close to the family told EnStars.
"She said she is tired of the stories about Michael Lohan and Lindsay -- and wants to tell her side of the story," the source revealed.
Dina's story will be about her life and include "plenty of family drama" from Lindsay's notorious arrests to her troubled relationship with ex-husband Michael Lohan. The source says Dina -- who has claimed to be a victim of domestic violence -- wants to change lives and inspire people through her words.
"The book will have a happy ending," the source added.
Over the Labor Day weekend, Dina partied with millionaire Sir Ivan Wilzig at his lavish estate in New York. According to TMZ, she was "slurring her speech" and "bragged that Oprah was interviewing her for the Lindsay Lohan docu-soap."
Oprah Winfrey’s OWN cable network has signed Lindsay to an eight-episode docu-series that will follow the actress as she works to rebuild her career and stay healthy. The series will air in 2014
“OWN will air an exclusive interview with Oprah and Lindsay Lohan that will tape and air in August and an eight-part documentary series with Lindsay for 2014,” an OWN spokesperson confirmed.
