'The X Factor' Season 3 Spoilers VIDEO: Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland & Paulina Rubio Talk A 'Nicer' Simon Cowell & Fashion (Watch)
The X Factor's female judges discussed fashion and if fans can expect a "nicer" Simon Cowell now that he is expecting his first child during the upcoming season.
ET caught up with all four judges of The X Factor on Thursday, and Lovato was the first to reveal if the her fellow judges will be competitive with each other when it comes to style during season 3.
"Not really. I wear what I'm comfortable in, and they kinda do their own thing," Lovato told ET. "Paulina has tons of hats and sunglasses and gloves, so she's always fun to watch. Kelly has her own style. None of us really pay attention to that."
Rowland, however, said the opposite: "We're all bringing our A-game when it comes to fashion."
"Demi has this sexy black, all-black fashion. Paulina always works her hat, always works her sunglasses, always works her gloves," Rowland explains of what to expect. "She's an accessories girl. Me? Whatever I feel like putting on that day, I put on, yeah we have a good time... And we never know what [Simon] is going to wear. Simon is having a blast when it comes to fashion."
Rubio said each of the girls are different when it comes to their personal style and love to compete in general. She said fans can expect to see them just have fun with their individual style.

When the girls were asked if Cowell will be less critical this year, Lovato said viewers will see a "nicer" Cowell.
"He has had three women on the panel and they do not put with any of it," Lovato said of his previous harsh criticism. "Also, anytime you're around a lot of women, you soften up a bit as a guy. I think that he's a changed guy."

Rubio said since she began working with Cowell, she has seen "a new version" of him. She also said the show's fans can expect to see her perform during season 3 of the hit reality show.
When ET host Rocsi Diaz told Cowell she doesn't expect him to be kinder and nicer now that he is a father-to-be, he agreed.
"I don't think so," he laughed.
Cowell is expecting his first child, a baby boy, with New York socialite Lauren Silverman. The baby is due in February, according to reports.
