Bethenny Frankel Divorce to Jason Hoppy Reason Based on 'Fundamental Differences,' Talk Show Host Says [VIDEO]
Talk show host Bethenny Frankel explained the reasoning behind her divorce to husband of nearly three years Jason Hoppy when she was a guest on Watch What Happens Live Tuesday night.
Frankel filed for divorce from Hoppy in January 2013. Together they have a daughter named Bryn, whom Frankel was pregnant with at the couple's wedding.
Watch What Happens host Andy Cohen asked Frankel if there was "any one reason" why the couple broke up and she replied that she and Poppy had "fundamental differences."
Frankel also commented on the estranged couple's living situation, though not directly. Enstars previously reported that Hoppy and Frankel still living in the 3,400-square-foot Tribeca condo they moved into as a family, with both parties refusing to be the first to move out.
Cohen asked if they still share a home and the former Housewives of New York City star said she could not comment on the subject but added, "I mean, you see us coming in and out of the apartment..."

Frankel and Hoppy played out their marriage on-screen in Bravo's spin-off, reality series' Bethenny Getting Married and Bethenny Ever After. She now has a talk show, Bethenny, airing weekdays and Cohen asked how she stays focused on her work in amidst of divorce proceedings and "this very difficult time."
"You just don't get more than you can take and you keep moving and you prioritize," she replied. "I have gained so much respect for women and how they can endure so many different things, you know, being a mom and getting their kids to school and going to work and dealing with personal issues."
During her promotional tour for Bethenny, Frankel met women - including cancer survivors and others with special needs children - dealing with ordeals much more difficult than what she is facing. The experience helped her put her life in perspective.
"I'm so lucky; I'm so blessed. So you just say 'I'm gonna come out on the other side and I'm gonna realize why this all happened,' " she said, "and I can kind of work through this with women on my show."
Bethenny airs weekdays at 11 a.m. ET on FOX5.
