Shoe Designer Vince Camuto Calls Charlize Theron 'Classic' & Reveals Fashion Faux Pas [EXCLUSIVE]
With fall approaching, Vince Camuto discussed his favorite seasonal trend, his love for one particular actress and his biggest fashion faux pas.
The fashion designer told EnStars that he would love to work with Charlize Theron because he admires her "classic" style. And while he approves of Theron's dressing, Camuto also revealed his biggest fashion no-no.
"Thigh-high boots with a high heel in patent leather, with a slit in the back," he said in dismay.

"It's like the play on Broadway, Kinky Boots," he joked about the boots at Us Weekly's party during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City on Tuesday.
Instead, the co-founder of Nine West and owner of his self-titled fashion line, suggests that women go for his very own moto boot. The 1920s biker type shoe was added to Camuto's collection last year. His website describes it as "a little tough but always feminine."
"You can wear it with tights and skirts and it just works," he said. "We love the buckles and it's just simply the look of the season."

The boot is also priced under $200, a cost that Camuto considers reasonable.
"We make it where it's approachable for women," he said. "Not everyone can make a million dollars a year and even if you did you can't afford everything out there anyway."

The American designer didn't only offer his advice on footwear. He also said that a woman can't go wrong when clothed in two conventional colors.
"I like black and white," he said. "It's a great look."
