Ashton Kutcher to Sign New Deal for Two and a Half Men
Ashton Kutcher and his co-stars are set to return to Two and Half Men for another season, according to Deadline. Ashton Kutcher, Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones are very close to signing a new one-year deal for the 10th season of CBS' comedy show, which had previously starred Charlie Sheen.
The season will be the second for Kutcher, who famously replaced Sheen last year after his dramatic exit from the show. Kutcher will reportedly earn $700,000 per episode, Cryer a "bit less" and Jones "300,000" per episode.
Kutcher's debut episode to the show drew in 28 million viewers. However, the number has dropped to 10 to 11 million viewers recently.
Meanwhile, there have been reports that Ashton Kutcher will play Steve Jobs in an independent film set to start production in May. The film, to be financed and produced by Five Star Institute's Mark Hulme, will be directed by Joshua Michael Stern with a script by Matt Whitely, according to Variety.
There have been recent rumors of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis dating, which have been denied by both actors. Kutcher and Kunis starred together in the That '70s Show before going their separate ways. "
A source told People: "[Ashton] was so in love with [Mila] for a while when they worked together. He thought she was a goddess, was always talking about how beautiful she is. But she was with Macaulay [Culkin] for a lot of that time and also just generally gave off a not interested vibe."
It has also been recently revealed that Mila Kunis' first kiss was with Kutcher in That '70s Show. The kiss came all the way back in 1998 when Kunis was just 14 years old. That would have made Kutcher 20 years old at the time - a large age gap considering Kunis' young age.
Kunis had told People Magazine in 2001: "I was like, 'Oh, he's so cute, it's the Calvin Klein model!' Then I was like, 'I have to kiss him?' I was so nervous and uncomfortable. I had the biggest crush on him."
Kutcher told People in 2001: "I'm the first guy she kissed? Oh my god, I had no idea! I'm so glad I didn't know that or it would've been too much pressure... I was so nervous."
