Kevin Durant has proved that playing basketball isn't his only interest, as he took to his Instagram account to show off his rapping skills.

On Monday, the 24-year-old Oklahoma City Thunder basketball player uploaded a video to the social media site of him rapping over some beats. Durant is not seen in the clip, but his voice is only heard.

Some of the lyrics of the song that he raps include:

"See when I think about it/ I dont really stress about it/ Money coming in and going out/ I got direct deposit/ Everything is easy money/ You n***** need to applaud me"

No word on the title of the song, or if Durant will be releasing it as a single or on a mixtape.

Nonetheless, fans took to his Instagram to express their opinion about the freestyle.

"Thats whats up. Keep on improving. Next time let me know when you in there. I got hot bats too," one fan wrote.

"Can Wait for the album," another wrote.

Last year, Durant released a song, entitled Lonely At The Top. At the time of its release, it made the top 10 songs on Hot New Hip Hop's website.

"I enjoy doing a a lot of different things," Durant told The Washington Post in August 2012. "I'm talented in a lot of different areas. Rapping is one of those things I just enjoy doing...I think I'm going to do something. I have some resources and some nice people that's going to help me out. I have a studio in my house already. Maybe I might put out a little something and have a little something."

The Bleacher Report noted that Durant has released other songs in the past, entitled, Wired, Gotta Have It and Worried About The Future.
