Bruce Jenner caused speculation he underwent additional plastic surgery after he stepped out with bandages on his nose earlier this week.

But TMZ revealed that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star underwent surgery to have cancerous tissue removed from his nose. The procedure required stitches.

According to the report, the skin cancer on his nose was a result of skin damage-- Jenner is an avid golf player.

A source told TMZ that Jenner is ok now but he "will probably have a big scar on his nose."

This is the second skin cancer diagnosis for the Olympic winning athlete. In 2012, he underwent surgery to remove tissue found on the side of his face. At the time, he was told to use more skin screen to reduce the chances of it coming back.

The skin cancer is not the only health scare for the athlete-turned-reality star. It was revealed during episode 4 of KUWTK, that he learned that his hearing problems might have been caused by a brain tumor.

During the episode, Jenner told his wife Kris Jenner the outcome of his visit to the ear doctor.

"I went to the ear doctor," Bruce casually mentions to Kris at home then explains the visit in detail.

"My hearing is not as good in my right ear as it is in my left ear. [The MRI] makes sure you don't have a tumor or something like that on it," Bruce explained. "The doctor said that it's rare that something like that would happen."

Kris is visibly upset and repeatedly asked him, "It's a tumor? You have a tumor?!"

In Kris' confessional, she nervously explaied how upset she is about the possibility her husband might have brain cancer.

"It never occurred to me that the reason that Bruce has lost his hearing is because he raced cars his whole life and flown airplanes, but it could actually be caused by a brain tumor," said Kris.

Bruce later learned that he did not have a brain tumor.
