Robert Pattinson Selling Kristen Stewart 'Twilight' Love Nest Post-Spilt
Robert Pattinson is selling the home he once shared with Kristen Stewart.
The British actor is unloading the Los Feliz pad he bought for them in the fall of 2011- less than a year before her cheating scandal with Rupert Sanders, according to The Real Estalker.
Pattinson is seeking $6.75 million for the home that he paid $6.25 million for. The Spanish-Colonial style house is 4,000 sq. ft., has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a swimming pool and an amphitheater among other amenities.
Enstars reported last month that Pattinson is currently renting a Beverly Hills mansion.
Real Estalker reported his new bachelor pad is in a "guard-gated and celebrity-friendly community" with a "Fort Knox-style security system and (probably) a team of vigilant armed guards."
It is reportedly located off Mulholland Drive in the mountains between Beverly Hills and Studio City, a mere nine miles away from Stewart's current Los Feliz home, E! News reported. The new $3.5 million home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a steam room, spa and library. A source revealed that it is barely furnished because he recently moved in.
Radar Online published photos of Pattinson's new home, which offers interior and exterior models in a French Mediterranean style. The pad is 5, 292-square feet and also features a sweeping stairway, according to their report. Other celebrities that have also rented out the same home include Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears and Hillary Duff.
