VEVO record smashed by Rihanna's Where Have You Been Video
Rihanna's new music video has smashed YouTube's VEVO record today. Within a day of releasing the music video for "Where Have You Been", the video has racked nearly 5 million hits.

The Where Have You Been video features RiRi dancing in tribal costume as she sings her new song, which was recently featured at Coachella. Her song is set to be released on May 8, which is the fifth to be released from her sixth album, "Talk That Talk".
In the run up to her music video release, Rihanna had posted pictures of her shooting the video, keeping fans updated on the progress. Just yesterday, the Umbrella singer braced her fans for the new music video by tweeting: "#NaviRIHminder !!!!!! #WHYBvideo premieres Monday April 30 at 9AM EST on VEVO and we are CRASHING SERVERZ!!!!!!#WHYBvideo24hrRECORD."
The music video was reportedly shot in Los Angeles and had taken nearly two months to complete.
