Actress Julia Roberts and her husband Danny Moder reportedly listed their Kauai, Hawaii, mansion for $17 million.

The couple found another Hawaiian property they want and are now selling their former estate, according to the Real Estalker. Property records and media reports suggest that they already own a 3-acre beachfront Faye Estate on Hanalei Bay that they bought in November 2011 and spent $13,375,000 to acquire. They are now selling another home nearby that they acquired in June 2009 for about $10 million.

Roberts and Moder's newly listed Hawaiian home is a ranch-style property on the North Shore of Kauai. Property records show that the newly remodeled home in Hanalei, Kauai, HI, totals 8.92 acres with more than 400 feet of ocean frontage. The residence has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and over 1,800 square feet of living space. A separate guest cottage near the head of the home's long driveway has another bedroom and bathroom.

One the ocean side of the house t here is a wraparound of windows providing a view of the beach. On the opposite wall from the ocean view windows are a long row of wood-framed glass doors that expose the room to a spacious screened porch, which overlooks views of Mt. Makana and the Limahuli Valley.
