The film's soundtrack already features the song Atlas by Coldplay. The band revealed the news in August when they posted the song's lyrics via Twitter. The slow-paced tune, which was released earlier in September, repeats the lyrics: "Carry your world, I'll carry your world."

The film's director, Francis Lawrence, expressed his appreciation for Coldplay's contribution to the movie.

"I have great respect and admiration for Coldplay, and we are thrilled with how well they have connected to the themes and ideas within the film," he said in a statement. "Their unwavering passion and excitement for the project elevated the collaboration even further, and we can't wait to share this music with audiences around the world."

The second Hunger Games film focuses on District 12's Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) who embark on their victory tour. As they travel through the other districts, they realize the impact their actions have made.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire comes to U.S. theaters on Nov. 22.
