Katy Perry 'Walking On Air' AUDIO & LYRICS, Twitter Reactions Before 'Prism' Release Date
Katy Perry goes house on her new song Walking On Air and many of her fans seem to love it.
"Just when I think I can't take anymore, we go deeper and harder than ever before. We go higher and higher. I feel like I'm already there," she sings. "I'm walking on air. Tonight I'm walking on air."

Perry released the upbeat track on iTunes on Monday so fans can hear more of her upcoming fourth album, Prism. The ones who enjoyed the song let the singer know via Twitter.

"Walking on air is perfect your voice is perfect you're perfect ILY," tweeted one.
"First thing in the morning: dancing to #WalkingOnAir with coffee in my hand," tweeted another.
"The fact that @katyperry made a song that sounds like a 90s gay club anthem, just makes my heart dance. In love with #WalkingOnAir," wrote one more fan.
Others even compared the tune to the album's lead single, Roar.
"I like it!!! It's so much better than Roar tbh," the fan tweeted.
Roar shot to No. 1 on Billboard when it was released earlier in September and overthrew Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines from the top spot. Both Roar and Walking On Air will appear on Prism, which will be released on Oct. 22.

"It's the 28-year-old version of me. Last record, which was very fun, and kind of like a cartoon character. This record is a lot more stripped down," she recently told Elvis Duran And The Morning Show of New York City's Z100 radio station about the forthcoming album. "It's the essential oils of me represented."
She also explained the meaning behind the album's unique title.
"Prism is what colors are. That's why I called [the album] Prism. For a minute I thought I was going to do a dark record, but then I let the light in, and that's what a Prism does," she said.
