Another VH1 reality star will make a guest appearance on Monday's episode of Black Ink Crew.

Love & Hip-Hop New York star Erica Mena will stop by popular Harlem tattoo shop on Black Ink Crew and ask for a new tattoo to cover up another ink job of her ex's initials. The reality show follows the tattoo artists in the Black Ink Gallery shop in Harlem, N.Y.

In the preview trailer below for Monday's episode, Harlem Ink Gallery shop owner Ceaser seeks advice from Tiffany about his girlfriend Dutchess who also works at the shop. Ceaser explained that he needs to figure out how to bring Dutchess under control after she got in a heated argument with his employee, Puma.

In last week's episode, Dutchess told Ceaser to "check" Puma for having people hang out at the shop all day. The discussion lead to a physical altercation between the two men. Afterward, Ceasar fired Puma. His employees, however, think it's Dutchess' fault that the fight and firing ended Ceasar's 15-year relationship with Puma.

"Everybody in the shop think my situation with Dutchess is bad for the shop. Dutchess think everybody in the shop is bad for business," Ceasar told the cameras. "And I know what's best for me. People in the shop think Dutchess was behind my decision to fire Puma. People need to understand, because of Dutchess. People need to understand. It's my shop. It's my decision."

During his lunch meetig with Nikki, he revealed that when he confronted Dutchess after he fired Puma for getting involved, "s--t just escalated."

"So it's a whole different type of situation. I really thought she was gonna hurt herself. Her or me," he said. "Even the cops came. I was scared."

Tiffany advised Ceasar to take Dutchess to dinner and talk it out until they reach an agreement and understand each other better. He agreed to take her to dinner. He said he would hate to fire his girlfriend if they cannot agree.

Back Ink Crew airs Mondays at 9:30 p.m. EST on VH1.
