Britney Spears premiered her video for Work B**** on Oct. 1.

The song is the first single to release off of her upcoming, yet untitled, eighth studio album. Looking quite spectacular in the Ben Mor-directed video, Spears is back in form and is ready to rejoin the ranks of pop diva-dom.

In the video, a bikini-clad Spears heats things up by a swimming pool, in the desert, and a dance club, with her cohort of sexy back-up dancers. The 31-year-old really means business as she's actually seen whipping one of the dancers, while she conveys the message, "You better work b****."

Work B**** was produced by Will.i.am, who has also worked with Spears on Scream and Shout, in the past. The song, which was released on Sept. 15, debuted at No. 12 on the Hot 100, last week. It is also the first single to release from Spears' upcoming, yet untitled, eighth studio album.

The song starts with a slow grinding electro groove with Spears busting her motivational rhyme: "You want a hot body?/You want a Bugatti? You want a Maserati? You better work bi***." The video also features a Maserati, gleaming in the middle of the desert.

As the beats catch pace and more sound samples layer-up into a track you could do a heavy work-out to, Spears launches into the refrain: "Bring it on/Bring the alarm/Don't stop now/Just be the champion/Work it hard/Like it's your profession."

The pop diva will be starting her two year residency at Planet Hollywood on Dec. 27. Spears will be performing 90 minute shows (Britney: Piece of Me), featuring 21 of her hit songs, in a 4,600-capacity planetarium-like theater with traditional seating, a dance floor, and private tables. She has confirmed 16 dates as of now, and is scheduled to perform 50 shows in 2014 and 2015. Industry insiders estimate Spears will earn $15 million per year for the shows. The tickets for the show are priced between $59 and $179.

Spears might lip-sync while performing during her Las Vegas residency.
