Model Kate Upton once again scored herself a Sports Illustrated cover.

The model graces the front of the publication's Oct. 7 issue this time with a full set of clothes and did not pose alone.

After braving the cold weather of Antarctica for her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover for the second year in a row earlier this year, the blonde bombshell is back wearing an Atlanta Braves uniform and acting like an All-American girl with the team's aptly-named sibling stars: B.J. and Justin Upton. The group is on the cover as part of the magazine's baseball playoff preview.

The cover shoot took place in August at Citi Field, N.Y. when the Braves were in town to play the Mets, according to the publication. The October issue marks the first time a swimsuit model has appeared on SI's weekly cover. The three Uptons had fun on set and joked throughout the shoot that they were long-lost cousins.

The 21-year-old cover girl actually is a Michigan native, but she does come from a sporting background. Her mom, Shelley Upton, was a former Texas state tennis champion and Upton competed as a young equestrian at the national level, according to E! News.

Watch the video below to see the three Uptons behind-the-scenes at their SI photo shoot. Justin talked about how "cool" it was to meet Kate and she said she was excited to get a baseball jersey. She also told the athletes to come to New York for a "family reunion," jokingly adding, "where are we going for Christmas?"
