Netflix's House of Cards seemingly likes to keep its fans guessing as to when the program will be kicking off its sophomore season and what will be transpiring.

Nonetheless, loyalists of the Emmy-nominated show continue to scour the web for dirt on season 2, as the latest involves Linda Vasquez (Sakina Jaffrey) being "allowed to step foot out of the White House."

Jaffrey recently dished to TVLine that her Chief of Staff character will be "in a different place" when the upcoming installment returns.

"I don't think [Linda's] seen the light of day. They don't let her out too much," she explained.

According to iDigital Times, the show appears as though it may be coming back in February, which would make its start date similar to that of season 1.

Executive producer and creator Beau Willimon had confirmed on Twitter that principal photography is near completion.

Post-production on the series should take several months, which would more than likely go up until it hits the web.
